All data transmitted to and from Realty Cruiser is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3. Data at rest (including your contacts, leads, and automation steps) is secured using AES-256 encryption. We utilize industry-standard cryptographic techniques to ensure that PII (Personally Identifiable Information) remains strictly confidential.

Realty Cruiser’s serverless architecture fundamentally changes security profiles by eliminating persistent attack surfaces. Requests are handled in ephemeral environments, and data is strongly isolated via multi-tenant access controls. This means that a vulnerability in an OS layer does not grant horizontal access to neighboring datasets.

We process information transparently. We never sell, distribute, or leverage your client data for our own marketing purposes. Our systems operate under strict least-privilege principles, meaning even our support team cannot natively access your contact details without explicitly generated, short-lived tokens.
